This course is designed to deepen your mindfulness practice and enhance your ability to live in the present moment with greater awareness and clarity.
Through a combination of advanced techniques, extended meditation sessions, and awareness teachings, you will learn to cultivate a more profound sense of peace, resilience, and compassion in your daily life.
Who Should Attend: This course is ideal for anyone who has completed our beginner’s mindfulness course or has a good understanding of mindfulness practices. It is suitable for those looking to deepen their practice, enhance their emotional resilience, and integrate mindfulness more fully into their lives.
Course Duration: 8 weeks - 1 session per week - 90 mins per session.
Outcome: By the end of this course, you will deepen your mindfulness practice and you will have developed a greater awareness of yourself, all while building a greater sense of self compassion to help foster deeper connections with yourself and others.
Ultimately, you will be equipped with an inner guidance to manage stress and emotional challenges as they happen all while becoming less reactive and more responsive leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

- Emotional and Spiritual Growth: The aim is to support personal growth and well-being through techniques that foster a deeper connection to oneself which is not tied to any specific religious tradition.
- Mindfulness in Everyday Life: continue to understand the importance of bringing mindfulness and positive energy into everyday life through different methods such as Journaling, Self-care, Cacao ceremony, energy oracle cards, poetry and other methods of inner wisdom.
- Practice recommendations to help you enhanced your Mindfulness practice.
- Guidance from Experienced Teachers: Receive instruction and support from experienced mindfulness teacher with access to the instructor during the course at any time.
