About Louise

I’m Louise, a dedicated practitioner of Mindfulness & Positive Psychology, currently working towards Breathwork Coach certification. Holding a Diploma and aspiring to be an Accredited Kids Practitioner, I’m passionate about simplifying mindfulness for all age groups. My mission is guiding professionals, parents, and students toward a less stressed life through incremental daily changes. My journey, transitioning from a 20-year corporate career to mindfulness, fuels this commitment. Located in Clare with my family, I seamlessly integrate evidence-based practices, positive psychology, and mindfulness into daily life. My goal is empowering others to break free from past regrets and future anxieties, fostering a mindful, less stressed existence.
