This 6 Week Course is for anyone who wishes to take some time for themselves to stop, pause, and slow down without the distractions of a to do lists, social media, work, family life etc,. This course creates a space for you to just ‘be’ while learning how to practice mindfulness & bring it into their daily personal and professional lives.
It is ideal for anyone that is a beginner and has never practice mindfulness, or if you have dipped in and out of Mindfulness and are looking for a way to building a regular practice.
The best investment you will ever make is in your own health.
What better way to invest in your mental, emotional, and physical well-being while learning Mindful tools complemented with Positive Psychology techniques that have evidence-based benefits to help you lead a more positive life while combining this learning with time to yourself, some deep relaxation, and learning how to ‘let go’ of any stresses, worries or anxieties that you may be carrying within yourself.
What can you expect from the course?
- Limited class size to ensure a personalised experience.
- Each session we will practice a different guided meditation so you can get a feel for all the different variations.
- During each session we will delve into a different Mindfulness or Positive Psychology based topic so we can get a better understanding of how our mind works.
- A plan for establishing and maintaining your regular mindfulness practice.
- Ways to practice Mindfulness throughout the day using micro doses so that gradually, mindfulness will become a natural part of your daily routine.
- Weekly practice recommendations to help you build a regular Mindfulness practice.
- Handouts and worksheets.
- Neuroscience and research behind Mindfulness.
- Positive psychology methods and how they complement Mindfulness.
- Access to the instructor during the course at any time.
- The sessions will include group interaction, mindful exercises, activities with lots of tips and tricks on how you can flip old thought habits with new positive ways of thinking. You can be as open as you like or sit back and mindfully listen. This is your course.

Go deeper on your Mindfulness journey – with our “Deepen” mindfulness course.
Building on the foundations of our beginner’s mindfulness course, this course is designed to deepen your mindfulness practice and enhance your ability to live in the present moment with greater awareness and clarity.
Through a combination of advanced techniques, extended meditation sessions, and awareness teachings, you will learn to cultivate a more profound sense of peace, resilience, and compassion in your daily life.
Who Should Attend: This course is ideal for anyone who has completed our beginner’s mindfulness course or has a good understanding of mindfulness practices. It is suitable for those looking to deepen their practice, enhance their emotional resilience, and integrate mindfulness more fully into their lives.
Course Duration: 8 weeks – 1 session per week – 1 hour 30 mins per session.
Outcome: By the end of this course, you will deepen your mindfulness practice and you will have developed a greater awareness of yourself, all while building a greater sense of self compassion to help foster deeper connections with yourself and others.
Ultimately, you will be equipped with an inner guidance to manage stress and emotional challenges more effectively all while becoming less reactive and more responsive leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

- Full moon Circle: Celebrating the energy of the full moon is an opportunity to celebrate and express gratitude for the abundance in your life, to manifest the things you have worked towards and let go of the things holding you back.
- Emotional and Spiritual Growth: The aim is to support personal growth and well-being through techniques that foster a deeper connection to oneself which is not tied to any specific religious tradition.
- Mindfulness in Everyday Life: continue to understand the importance of bringing mindfulness and positive energy into everyday life through different methods such as Journaling, Self-care, Cacao ceremony, energy oracle cards, poetry and other methods of inner wisdom.
- Practice recommendations to help you enhanced your Mindfulness practice.
- Guidance from an Experienced Teacher: Receive instruction and support from experienced mindfulness teacher with access to the instructor during the course at any time.

Followed by a calming afternoon with restorative yoga with @marcela_marar
Restorative yoga is a relaxing style of yoga used to heal and help relieve stress.
